This Return Policy outlines all guidelines, requirements, and procedures regarding returns to ensure clarity and transparency.


1. Return Conditions

To maintain product quality, hygiene, and fairness, all returns must meet the conditions below:

  • You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

  • All return shipping costs, including international shipping and customs fees, are fully the responsibility of the customer.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and kept in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging included.

  • Trying an item on is allowed, but wearing it for extended periods is not permitted.

  • Purchasing multiple sizes or colors with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed, due to the global logistics involved.

Parker & Carter London reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.


2. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Request your return by contacting us at info@parkercarterlondon.com within 14 days after receiving your item.

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with the return address of our supplier, located in China.

  3. You must ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs fees, international shipping charges, or additional shipping-related costs.

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Please ensure that you keep your shipping receipt until the return has been fully processed.


3. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received at the designated return address and inspected:

  • A refund will be issued within 14 days, using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.

  • Refunds are only processed after the item has been approved for return based on its condition.

  • If an item arrives damaged, worn, or without original packaging, the refund may be reduced or declined.


4. Liability

To maintain transparency and fairness, we outline the following liability guidelines:

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments if tracking indicates the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • Customers are fully responsible for entering the correct delivery address.

  • Any address errors must be reported to us within 24 hours after placing the order. Failure to do so may result in shipping delays or lost packages, for which we cannot offer compensation.
